Buster is my brother's rabbit, and he's a real sweet heart. So when we wanted to introduce Furbles to a rabbit, we chose Buster. Baby is too agressive, and Shadow (my sister's female bunny) is too skittish. It went really well! Furbles was a bit shy at first, but soon realized that Buster wouldn't hurt him and proceeded to walk all over him.
Buster is such a patient bunny. We have been trying to have baby bunnies for awhile, and currently Buster is in with Shadow. We hope that if they do have babies, that they take after their Daddy and not their Uncle!
It was really interesting to feel the differences in the furs of the two animals. Both had very soft fur, but while Furbles' fur was very downy, Buster's fur was almost coarse. And Furbles' fur NEVER catches on your hand, but Buster's does, and he sheds constantly.
Furbles and Buster...partners in crime! May their friendship continue.
