Just Briefly, And yet so affected by a warmth, It reached me. Such a precious find. Not the body, inside, the meadows, Of my mind. You cleansed me. Renewed a faith, lost inside of me. For a moment I was free. The sun smiled down, I knew it would pass over me. I cling to the fading memory. I was sadded. For what was fleeting, is now gone. Only a feeling, I'd found. |
