wanted to do this costume for awhile. Whew. Okies.
Reasoning behind this costume. Wild ARMs isn't really well known
but I loved the game and at one point I suddenly got the random urge
to play it again and with that the urge to make Cecilia's costume.
It's so pretty and she's a magician! He he he.
Anyways. The jacket is made of a
light brown moleskin and it's soft and I love the stuff. It's
fully lined so it's comfortable and warm. It has pink trim,
cuffs and collar The skirt is just a simple cotton fabric with
lace around the bottom and about 4 layers of tulle underneath.
Very poofy and such.
I haven't gotten a wig yet but I really
want to cause I really really want to cut my bangs soon and finally
highlight my hair. The boots were bought at payless and I added
the cuffs to them. Unfortunately they aren't very comfortable
and I can't wear them for long before wanting to cry.
The jewels and such on the jacket and
belt are made of sculpy and glued on.
