Welcome to my Live Pictures page. Here are some pictures from Lollapalooza July 18th show in the West Palm Beach Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach, Fla which I attended. These pictures were provided by the Central Florida Phantom Lords, a central florida chapter of the Metallica Club. The show has some special memories for me because it was the first time I saw the band live and they really kicked some serious ass. (These images are bigger than they appear to be, so click on them to get the full size.)   On Saturday April 19th 1997 at 7:30 pm I experienced Metallica again and this time closer than I possibly imagined. After hearing from Lars at Lollapalooza that they would be back down here around April,  I kept counting the months and days. As I heard on the radio station down here about Metallica coming down my heart went crazy and i was filled with this adrenaline that could not stop until the actual concert day. Finally after getting no sleep the night before I made it to 19th of april.  Although I was not able to recieve backstage passes from the Metallica Club I did have the best seats in the house as you will see. I was in the front row and about 4 or 5 feet away from the band. I did not leave home empty handed, because I mangaged to catch my favorite bandmember's pic, that being  Jason Newsted.  The pictures were taken by me,  from my visual perspectives. I cant complain because closer to my favorite band i could not have been(although those backstage passes would have come in handy) but I guess there's hope for me next tour.
