Yes, this is a Bulgarian band. And what they have is a shattering debut album! INSMOUTH however are not here since yesterday. Six years of history, five people making it and the main heroes are practically unchanged. What keeps them together for so long is the desire to play the music they want. In the beginning there was the heavy metal - with thrash elements, the forwardness of THE ALMIGHTY ans so on. All this is obviously of great help for the skillfulness of the five guys and the evolution of the concept behind INSMOUTH. The name, to be honest with you and as some may know, is taken from the literature - a horrifying story from the beginning of the century called "The Shadows Over Innsmouth" by H.P.Lovecraft. Meanwhile INSMOUTH is the name of an american town and nearby there is a prison. But let’s go back to the music - today INSMOUTH play unbelievably and have put on tape their album for the record-breaking 36 hours in the Graffity Studio, Sofia in a way that makes this sound the most convicing ever recorded within the borders of Bulgaria. All this because they know, for a long time, what they want and how to get it. The very short recording time only makes for the extremely intense sound of the album. Somewhere at the end there are two remixes made by Cyril Dobrev from FAKE (yet another blasting Bulgarian band). To cut the long story short we can describe "3D Freak Accelerator" as a perfect crossover. The Bulgarian KORN? No, definitely! This is INSMOUTH! - no one else!
