Here are the track listings for No Acid, No Glory-vol. 1 from december 1995. This tape was solely concieved to get my sound out to a larger audience. I sent out about 120 tapes-mostly for free. A few generous people helped out with $$$ and sent their own tapes in for me to dub. This worked very well for me. I was able to get the music out and still make it affordable for the kids who really did not have the cash. No, $6 really isnt too much to ask for a dope ass mixtape, but being an unknown commidity to many people outside my region the free tapes definitely helped increase interest in what i was trying to promote. I got very good reviews from all the people who mailed me back (thanks!) and some people even sent in extra tapes to get dubbed for their friends. Retina Magazine from Baltimore reviewed the tape (transcription follows track list) and I have to say in hindsight I was very happy with the responses generated from this release.

Here is the review from Retina Magazine-Baltimore of "No Acid, No Glory-vol. 1" from May 1996
"Large scale electro breaks and bizarre acid tunes make for a crafty ride as you ease into this one. A fair amount of rarities as well as some UK big room floor fillers mixed in a unique and smooth fashion. Definitely middle of the night fare with lots of energetic builds and not so long breakdowns.
