Use a 285ml Hi_ball Glass
30ml Jim Beam Bourbon
100ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
top up with soda
Method
Stir over ice and pour then top up with soda.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and an American
'Independence Day' Flag. (If you can be bothered,
and the customer wait for the drink........)
Go see the movie, drink the drink and watch the
movie again, whole new experience, believe me.

Glass: 90ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 30ml Galliano (White)
22ml Cointreau
22ml Orange Juice
22ml Cream
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain.
Garnish with an orange slice and a red cherry
on a toothpick on side of glass.

Mixers: 60ml Gin
20ml Parfait Amour
Tonic
Method: Shake gin and Parfait Amour with ice
in a cocktail shaker. Strain into Red wine
glass and topic with tonic.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

top with Ginger Beer
Method: Build over Ice
Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint, straws
and a swizzle stick.
This is one kick in the head that
takes effect real quick.

Glass: 140ml Cocktail Glass
Mixers: 5ml Baileys Irish Cream
15ml Kahlúa
15ml White Creme de Cacao
30ml Frangelico

1/2 Teaspoon of Honey
Method: Blend with ice and pour.
Garnish with sprinkled nut flakes and ground
nutmeg over top. This is the choclate bar
taste that has a smooth drink named after it,
I am not sure which is better, but the drink
sure does wonders for those who like the taste
of chocolate, but not the calories, this
makes you drunk instead. (The way all
chocolate should) This is a good Aussie
invention too.
Peach Almond Shake
Glass: 295ml Poco Grande Glass
Mixers: 60ml Peach Liquer
1 Whole Peeled Peach
30ml Amaretto di Galliano
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Top up with Lemonade
Method: Blend with ice and pour then top up
with Lemonade. Garnish with a peach
slice and shredded almonds and a straw.
This is one Milkshake you don't get at
the drug store.

of the mango... this is one of many ways to make the
most often changed cocktail, many ways of mixing a drink called
a fruit tingle.... different from bar to bar... go
check for yourself. The bonus is they all taste good.

Method:
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a red
cocktail onion on a toothpick in the glass.
Use an eggwhite in the mix for large volumes to
ensure freshness, keep refrigerated. There ya

HOT DANISH CIDER
Glass: 250ml Irish Coffee Mug, preheated
Mixers: 180ml Apple Cider, heated
15ml Orgeat
Method: Build, Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Orgeat is an almond-flavoured non-alchoholic
syrup. Amaretto (yummm) may be used as a
substitute.... Can't find anyone who makes this
is Oz, so I am gonna do it myself, soon, and not
sure of the heat, so don't ask :)

Mixers: 2 oz. Tequila (or 2 oz.Tia Maria
Chocolate Liqueur)
2 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
(add icecream and blend for Frozen

Ingredients: 1/2 shot Absolut Citron Vodka
1/2 shot franjelico
2 Lemon slices
Ice
Sugar
Method: Fill a shaker with ice and
a couple of lemon slices. Pour 1/2
shot of Absolut Citron Vodka and 1/2
shot Franjelico. Shake vigorously.
Pour into sugar-rimmed cordial glass
and enjoy. (For WW *g*)
