The "Wind Below" refers to a book called "Chiapas: The Southeast in Two Winds a Storm and a Prophecy" by Subcommandante Marcos. Marcos is the unofficial spokesperson of the EZLN in Mexico and the second section of the book is entitled "The Second Wind: The Wind from Below." The line "We in wit tha wind below," is a reference to the whole Zapatista movement itself.
