9/23/08: The release date for the Rockband Moving Pictures downloadable content has been moved to today, September 23.
The Snakes & Arrows Live DVD will be released on November 25th in standard DVD format and Blu-ray Disc. For more details, click here.
8/28/08: The Rockband Moving Pictures downloadable content release has been postponed. Here is the official statement from MTV Games:
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, we won't be able to release Rush's "Moving Pictures" this week. We'll be working on it as hard as we can, but it looks like it could be a couple of weeks to fix. In the meantime we will be moving around our schedule so we still have DLC coming out each week (including this week, info to follow in another announcement).
The Snakes and Arrow Live DVD will be released in late fall 2008. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks!

7/23/08: By popular demand Rush has re-released “Working Man” (Vault addition) on iTunes available for download. This new version features a never before heard guitar solo that Alex Lifeson did during the original recordings back in the 70’s. The song was re-mixed by Rich Chycki who is known for his work on R30 and Snakes & Arrows.
5/28/08: Rush have donated $100,000 from their show in Winnipeg to the Canadian Museum of Human Rights. For full details, click here.
5/15/08: On May 11, 2008, founding Rush member and former drummer John Rutsey died in his sleep from an apparent heart attack, possibly related to complications from diabetes. Rutsey's family wish to keep the funeral a private affair, although an obituary posted in the Toronto Star on May 15 suggested those wishing to pay tribute to Rutsey could do so by making a donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Ontario.
4/28/08: Rush will be the featured guest on the nationally syndicated radio show ROCKLINE with host Bob Coburn on Wednesday, April 30 at 8:30pm PT / 11:30pm ET. 4/17/08: Rush has announced that two of their upcoming concert dates will be switched. The New Orleans show, originally scheduled for April 19, will now be on April 20. The Houston show, originally scheduled for April 20, will now be on April 19. The reason: The New Orleans Hornets have clinched their first playoff berth in four years and will play their first playoff game at the New Orleans Arena on Saturday, April 19, the same night that Rush was scheduled to perform.
Rush is also announcing that they will contribute $100,000 from the show in New Orleans to assist in the continuation of revitalizing the city post Katrina.
