Biography

Passenger 7 is a Christian punk band (with horns) from NY. After joking about the idea of becoming a band for a couple months in early 1998 and writing some songs, we decided to seriously give it a try. Our name was the idea of Bruce, who, while we were thinking of really bad names like MxTx (jokingly of course), thought of Passenger 7. Passenger 7 actually means Jesus because while He was a passenger on this ride that is life, He was perfectly sinless (God’s # of perfection is 7)

. While we don’t get much opportunity to practice since Joe moved to Greenwich NY (about 150 miles from Vermontville) soon after the band started, we still remain pretty active. We’ve given some local concerts, played at a Christian festival in Owego NY in Nov., and are scheduled to play at another Christian festival in Boston in March.

P-7 is made up of 6 people;
Joe sings and plays guitar
Nate plays hardcore drums (and manages equipment)
Karl is on the drums
Bryan plays the bass (and sings)
Bruce plays the T-bone
A.J. plays the trumpet
