Me, Paula, and Phyllis, made up the help desk at AMS....Paula moved to New Orleans and got married and I moved to SO CAL, then to Houston TX , and *deep breath* finally Columbus OH, and Phyllis, well she's still back in Seattle holding down the help desk.
