The Variety Coalition

is a group of six friends from various places around the globe who were fated to meet in the small town of Fredericton, New Brunswick, and there to kindle the flame of something new...  We put on raves to create an alternative to the bar scene for all ages. We're into promoting new music, giving new djs a chance to practice their craft, and creating a space free of discrimination and prejudice where everyone can be comfortable and have a blast.

Name: Andrea
Peaceful. If you want to know me, come and meet me.

Name: Jeff
(Information about Jeff is very hard to find because he works a rather shady job for the department of national defense.  Exactly who he is and why he is in Fredericton putting on raves is a mystery to many of us.)

Name: Jenn
The dopest thing to hit the Department of Sociology since Marxism!  Jenn spins Triphop, Dub hop, DrumNbass and jungle on her weekly show Revolutions on CHSR (Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 7:00 AT)  You can listen to her program online, live in RealAudio on CHSR's live netcast.

Name: James
James' Hobbies include making music of all kinds (check out sOMA), writing software for his homemade neural implants, and spinning in circles. James' superpowers include x-ray vision (unfortunately all his friends now have cancer) and beams of light that shoot out of his eyes but don't appear to do anything.

Name: Miles
When this picture was taken, Miles had a concussion.  He was gang beaten by a group of pigeons, and the fuzzy lambs watched and cheered them on.

Miles' radio show, Cracked Beats for Rhyme Junkies, features indie and underground hiphop you won't hear anywhere else. Tune in Thursday at 11:00pm AT. You can listen to the show online, live in RealAudio on CHSR's live netcast.

Name:  Kevin
Kevin knows a thing or two about bowling. He once got three strikes in a row in a candlepin match - using only a rotten pumpkin he found in a gutter outside while looking for partially unsmoked cigarette butts.

Listen for ridiculous rare grooves on Kevin's show, When I Used to Dance with Yo Mama, Where DJ K explores the music that hiphoppers have been sampling from for years (and some that haven't been found yet.) You can listen to the program online, live in RealAudio on CHSR's live netcast.
