PRIMITIVE NE is made up of songwriters and performers CLAIRE TAYLOR and JOHN FARMER. The pair have collaborated over the last five years and are currently working the North East England music circuit with their band The Corporation.

Working on Analogue 8 Track; PNE are currently producing an 'in-house' CD for which they seek distribution. Although mainly influenced by blues based music, PNE use this as a jumping off point rather than as a rigid constraint. Echoes from the past are mixed with modern influences, giving an eclectic mix of styles, which never forget its roots.

The constraints of the PRIMITIVE NE recording studio allow only a glimpse of what could be achieved in a properly funded project.
