Great Big Sea-August 24
Well, I figured that these guys are gonna get up here sooner or later,
and since I'm already late, and in a rush, I thought I might as well put
up a group that I know a lot of info on so I don't have to look it up.
Well, this weeks Canadian Musicians of the Week, are Great Big
Sea! Big surprise! They deserve this award! Well, info, lets see.
hmmm, This is a celtic folk band from Newfoundland. They have
been together since 1991, and have 3 cds witha fourth one on the
way. They are on a number of other Cds, such as Fire in the
Kitchen, Atlanitic Decade, An East Coast Christmas, Now 3,
and another Newfoundland cd full of Newfoundland groups, but I
forget the name. They are one of the best groups I've ever heard of,
Slainte Mhath is up there too. Alright, if you'd like to know more
