"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are all passed away"
Revelation 21*4

For those of you who don't know the song playing it's Tears In Heaven by Eric Clapton

This candle burns for all the victims of the tragedy at Columbine High School, in Littleton, Colorado.
We will never forget you

Born-again Christian as of 1997, and was active in church youth programs and Bible study groups. She was one of the girls asked by the gunmen if she believed in God. She was shot to death when she answered "yes.", something that made her a martyr to the Christian cause. Her parents called her "Bunny Rabbit" and said she loved to go rock climbing in Breckinridge. Her mother said she couldn't think of a more honorable way to die than the way Cassie was taken. But, "I keep thinking about the things I need to do for Cassie," Cassie's mom told Oprah in 1999. "And then I catch myself... I don't need to do that. The Lord is taking care of those mom things I used to do."

Dreamed of being a Navy top gun pilot. Remembered as a huge fan, he watched the Star Wars movies so many times he could recite the dialogue along with the actors. He loved soccer and worked part-time as a referee. He was the youngest victim of the Columbine massacre. He was shot in the library. Science fiction fans nationwide put together a go-to-Star-Wars memorial day in his honor when Phantom Menace premiered in theaters May 19th, 1999.

Former wrestler who loved to golf, hunt and fish. He's described as an all-America kid who put schoolwork above everything else. He loved wrestling, golf and in-line skating, but fishing was his passion. A friend Corey used to fish with said: "It was the times we didn't do well that his personality really shined." Another friend said of him: "When you're going fishing or camping, I know he's going to be there, watching and making sure you're doing everything right." He was shot in the library.

Moved to Littleton from Phoenix a little over a year before the shooting. She was a shy and creative girl who loved Halloween and was an aspiring songwriter and author who wrote many poems and short stories based on her life experiences. Her mother remembered Kelly coming home from school 2 months before the shooting, saying: "I'm not shy any more." She was shot in the library and was found next to Lauren Townsend. Her father said: "Here's one of the real leaders of the school, and our Kelly was next to someone like that. I'm sure Lauren took care of Kelly. She wasn't alone."

Played on both the offensive and defensive lines of the football team. He was a weight lifter and an 'A' student. He was shot in the library after he tried to reach friends hiding in an adjacent video room. He's remembered for his ready laugh. The University of Colorado (where Matt had planned to attend) sent his younger brother Adam one of their jerseys bearing Matt's name and the number he wore as part of Columbine's football team.

Excelled in math and science, and got straight 'A's on his last report card. He was a member of the cross country team and the debate team. His dad remembered his son as a young man who wasn't afraid of challenges and who wasn't ashamed to hug his parents. He was shy but he didn't let that stop him from joining the debate team and though he wasn't a natural athlete, he still joined the cross-country team. He was a sophomore with a straight A average who was concerned with gun safety in America.

Helped in his father's electronic business; enjoyed electronics and computer games. He was looking forward to getting his driver's permit soon. Remembered as a fun guy. It's said he was shot as he held the side cafeteria door open for his friends. Died on the sidewalk where he lay for 24 hours. Shortly after learning of his death, Daniel's mother started a load of laundry in order to "do something normal" and came across Daniel's shirt and socks. "The little things just bring back the horror of the fact that he's not with us any more," she said.

Played the lead in a student-written school play, and liked photography. She was also active in Celebration Christian Fellowship church. She was "made for the camera," according to her father, and was an aspiring writer and actress. "There's nothing I can add or take away from what she gave us," her mom said. "In those short 17 years, it was complete." Rachel was shot in front of the school cafeteria while she was eating lunch on the grass with friend Richard Castaldo. Her car was turned into a memorial in the parking lot of the school.

Wanted to be a comedian, dreamed of becoming a music executive. After graduating he wanted to attend an arts college. Friends nicknamed him "Bushwick". Born with a heart defect, his parents said he was a fighter who overcame his disability and went on to play football. The last words he heard were from a killer spewing racial hatred. He was killed in the library.

A native of Wisconsin, he worked after school at a local nursery and belonged to a church youth group. Enjoyed four-wheeling in his truck and lifting weights. Family and friends remember his energy and the warmth of his smile. He had recently got his driver's license and had just bought a Chevy pickup that he had been working for since he was 14. His truck, like Rachel's car, became a standing memorial in the parking lot. He was shot in the library. His last act was comforting a student hiding with him under the table where he was shot to death. He was buried in Wisconsin in a satin-lined coffin embroidered with Chevy trucks.

Was a senior and captain of the girls' varsity volleyball team, which her mother coached. She was a member of the National Honor Society. She was a candidate for valedictorian of her graduating class. Nicknamed "Lulu," she was a straight 'A' student. She volunteered at a local animal shelter and planned to major in biology at college. She was shot in the library. Her father wrote on her coffin: "Lulu, you'll always be my baby."

Neighbors and relatives say he enjoyed chores and family activities. They say he was a "gentle giant." He loved nothing more than helping his dad out around the house - putting up shelves, mowing the lawn, washing the car. One friend said: "When he laughed hard, it became contagious to everyone around him... we will continue that laughter in your honor." A shy kid, Kyle was just beginning to come out of his shell when he was killed in the library.

Computer and business teacher for 24 years and coach of the girls' basketball and softball teams. He leaves behind his wife, four children and five grandchildren. His students said he was a teacher, a friend, a mentor and an inspiration. When the gunmen started firing outside the school he ran to the cafeteria and sounded the alarm. He helped get students out of the path of danger by herding them away from the shooters. By the time the gunmen arrived, the cafeteria was nearly empty. Shot in the upstairs hall, he bled to death waiting for help that 911 told students was on the way for 3 hours.

And I know I will probably get some nasty emails for putting Eric and Dylan on here but, they also died that day.

Eric was a chatter on WBS, Web Broadcasting System, a site which has since been swallowed by the GO network but I managed to save Eric's user profile before the merge. He also was an active AOL user; you can see screenshots of his user profiles and text versions with notes.Eric and Dylan both wrote quite a bit about what they wanted to do to the school, both in the form of videos and school reports as well as the media-hyped journals and diaries, wherein Eric detailed out floorplans and noted when the lunch room was most crowded.

During his earlier school years, he played T-ball, baseball and soccer. At Columbine Dylan was active in the school play productions as a light and sound coordinator as well as being involved in video productions and Columbine High School’s Rebel News Network -- he made a couple of videos with Nathan Dykeman, one of the Rebel News Network annoucements (8mm) and another made Nov. 1998 to show Nate's father where Nate lived, went to school, etc (VHS). Dylan was a computer assistant at school and helped maintain the school computer server. Their neighbors described them as nice people -- the picture-perfect neighbors -- and it's said in one report that Sue was stunned by what her son did, saying that she never had a hint of what was going to happen.

Dear parents, friends and loved ones,
Of these precious youth you've lost,
I see your broken spirits,
I know the terrible cost.

Though evil reigned at Columbine,
And horror filled the air,
I wanted all of you to know,
I left Heaven and came there.

I summoned Heaven's Angels,
Long before the call came in,
To share the dreadful warning,
Of what would soon begin.

The angels' wings were folded,
They knew what was to come,
When I said, "I'll lead this mission."
They followed one by one.

"I will go and get these babies,
And bring them home with me,
Where they'll live in Heaven's schoolhouse,
Where it's safe and terror free."

Yes, I've prepared a special schoolhouse,
It stands out from all the rest,
The welcome mat reads, "Columbine,"
It's reserved for Heaven's best.

I was hovering all around them,
In the library and the hall,
When the evil forces entered,
Your children heard me call.

I wrapped my arms around them,
Pulled them close unto my breast,
"I've come to take you with me,
We must go and leave the rest."

"Your friends will long remember,
All the cool times that we shared,
And the angels will remind them,
How very much you cared."

Yes, I took those precious children,
In the twinkling of an eye,
We were on our way to Heaven,
To their schoolhouse in the sky.

I know your hearts are broken,
I know the pain you bear,
My heart is also broken,
By the evil everywhere.

Please help me fight this battle,
To keep our children safe,
Through prayers and love and sharing,
And holding to the faith,

That peace will surely reign one day,
In schools throughout the lands.
For all our future hopes and dreams,
Rest in our students' hands.

I'll give you peace to fill your heart,
Send sun to break the night,
Provide the strength to move beyond,
The wrongs and do what's right.

You ask how I can know your pain,
From the loss of your dear one,
It's because it seems like yesterday,
When I, too gave up a son.

On how Dylan and Eric were Blamed

Dylan and Eric, the youngmen who were bullied into Murder.

Yes, they are two more faces who fell thru the system, They could have gotten help from school consolers and Family, but the school, there Parents and and anybody who seen there website, chose to close there eyes on two troubled and enraged Teens, All the signs where there but people ignored them, The Photo in the yearbook with Dylan and Eric with other students pointing at the camera in a shooting fashion should have been seen by the principal and yearbook editors, even the company who printed them SHOULD have Seen that Photo"scroll down to see photo". It was Dylan and Eric's way of crying out for help and there cry's were not heard until it was too late! And Columbine Resulted, with 13 innocent people who were massacred from the rage that spouted from the unanswered cry's from Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris.

My only hope is that schools will pay more attention to what goes on inside and outside of it's walls.

Eric is in the hat and Dylan is in the sunglasses
