This 8x10 promo pic was signed by the band in Iowa City last
November. This was one of the shows with Lords Of Acid (11/12/97).
Mike Shuck, their tour manager, was cool enough to get one of
these for HooDoo & I while we were watching their soundcheck.
We were surprised when Shuck handed these to us! Soon after, we stood to the side while Jessicka was interviewed by Hawkeye News afterwhich Robin & her filmed 2 station IDs.
HooDoo & I proceeded to hang promo posters throughout the club until it was time to stake our claim at the front of the stage. The whole pre-concert experience was unforgetable since we had not met Jack Off Jill until that evening and they were already cool to us and the show hadn't even begun!
This was the beginning of an incredible 4 show stint with the band that was easily the best time I have ever had hanging out with any band! I can't say enough about how cool they are to their fans.
