BLOW JOB (SKILLED)

Mix in shot glass, top with whipped cream. Although you may be tempted, please don't use your hands.

CAFE ANTRIM

Shake whiskey, cognac, and sugar briskly in shaker to dissolve sugar. Pour into demitasse cup or old fashioned glass. Fill with coffee; stir. Garnish with orange.

Pour in a coffee mug and fill with coffee.

CEMENT MIXER aka GORILLA SNOT

Tip whole thing into mouth, but don't swallow. The lime juice curdles the Baileys, and the experience is similar to having a mouth full of cement. Great party trick!

COCKTAIL SURPRISE

Mix all the ingredients in a blender with Crushed Ice, around 2 cups of ice ought to do. Pour desired amount of Milk and Cream and blend for 2 minutes Then sprinkle shaved chocolate when in glass. Serve and enjoy!

In a shot glass: pour in the Kahlua layer, next Crown Royal (against the edge of the glass) then also against the edge of the glass, slowly pour the Baileys.

EXTRATERRESTRIAL

Pour the jigger of Midori first. Then, very gingerly, slowly pour the Irish Cream on top of the Midori. If done properly, the Irish Cream will sit on top of the Midori without mixing. Repeat the procedure with the stoli's over the Irish Cream. This will give you a very attractive three layer drink. Optional - add a teaspoon or so of Bacardi 151 on the top of the drink. Then, light the 151 and let burn for 5-10 seconds. Put out with a napkin. Shoot the drink and enjoy!

GORILLA SNOT see CEMENT MIXER

GUNBARREL

Pour Irish Cream and Dark Creme De Cacao into large mug. Add coffee and stir. Top with float of Bacardi 151.

HAEMMORHAGE aka BLOODY BRAIN

Pour Schnapps into a large shot glass (the measurements may be off a bit, you can experiment).
Slowly pour Baileys into Schnapps so that it basically forms a "brain" in "formaldihide".
Finally, dribble the Grenadine (dribbling onto a spoon then into the schnapps helps) directly into the center of the Baileys mass. As the Grenadine amount slowly increases it will eventually burst through the irish cream creating a "hemoraging" "brain".

HAPPY HAWAIIAN

Fill with pineapple juice. Serve in a lowball glass.

IRISH WINTER COFFEE

Serve in a coffee mug, top with whipped cream.

IRON BUTTERFLY

Pour Vodka over ice, add Kahlua and Baileys. Stir.

Serve in stemmed mug with whipped cream and cherry.
