The television series, Sweet Valley High, lasted on air for five seasons. Being one of the most popular programs for teens, Sweet Valley High was certainly the in thing to watch. When it first came out in 1994, it was a smash hit. The Daniel twins, playing Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield, were almost too good to be true. They played Jessica and Elizabeth to a tee. The other cast members were also perfect fits.
Each episode was unique, and many were based on novels that were actually in the Sweet Valley High series. Some of the plot was just altered. For example, the episode, Coma, was taken from Sweet Valley High #7, Dear Sister.
