Brothers Christian and Jag were playing music together when they met Edwin (original singer) through a mutual friend. They hooked up with Bruce about the time that his band was breaking up.

I Mother Earth has been kicking out rocking tunes since 1990. Dig won them a Juno Award for Best Hard Rock Album. Many fans were crushed when it was announced in 1997 that Edwin was leaving the band. Both parties (Jag, Bruce, & Chris, with new singer, Brian) will continue to make music: Edwin on his own, and the others as IME.
