For listening to Real Audio without waiting for the download, do the following simple steps

Open your Real Audio player
Right click on the file you want to open
Scroll down to "copy link location" - click it
Go to your Real Audio player and click on "File" (or hit ctrl+L)
In the "Open Location" box, paste the "link location" by hitting ctrl+v
