Bio

For years San Francisco's Swingin' Utters have been playing their brand of classic, 70's-Brit-styled punk rock.
*After releasing numerous singles on smaller labels, the Utters released their first full-lenght, the fantastic "Streets of San Francisco", on the New Red Archives label in 1995. In support of the release, the Utters toured with Rancid as well as on the Van's Warped Tour.
*The following year, the Utters founds a new home at Fat Wreck Chords and subsequently released their "A Juvenile Product of the Working Class" album. The band toured incessantly to support the new album, completing three European tours and countless jaunts across the U.S. accompanying the likes of Social Distortion, Supersuckers, Descendents, No Use For A Name, Mighty Mighty Bosstones and the Suicide Machines...
*This past winter the Utters once again entered the studio with producer Ryan Greene to record a new album. In addition to having some stella guest musicians (John Maurer from Social Distortion and Degenaration's Howie Pyro to name a few), the Utters also introduced some more dynamic instrumentation into their songs, throwing the likes of pianos, organs and violins into the mix. The new album titled "Five Lessons Learned" was released on June 23rd.
*To support the new album, the Utters once again hit the road, touring Canada with 22 Jacks in July, followed by a stint on the Van's Warped Tour and a European tour throughout August and September.
