Neosho Falls, Kansas
Neosho Falls, KansasNeosho Falls was the town featured on the Kansas CD entitled
"In the Spirit of Things." This town was deserted in 1951 following
a huge flood. People left cars in the driveways, clothes in the houses,
etc. in their rush to get away.
There are currently a few residents of the town, but a few buildings remain from those which were populated during the time of this flood. Myself (above), my parents and sister paid a visit to Neosho Falls this summer on our vacation.
