This is a hard disc to grade.  It has nothing ultra-rare. In fact, everything on this disc was released by NIRVANA at some time, even the demos (which seem like the real tracks with the recordings manipulated somehow).  However, everything is great quality, and if you don't want to spend a bunch of money to buy the singles and boxset, this is a great disc (which is why i got it).  You could find all of this stuff at CD Now for quite a good deal of money, but I bought this boot because it was only $25.  Definately recommended for people interested in obtaining released rarities, but who don't want to spend a bunch of money.
