Aaron & Nick Carter Interview
They're two of pop's hottest babes, but Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and little bro Aaron are just your average siblings. We get into some brotherly love, and find out who locks who in their room, how often the cute bros fight and who is the most annoying...

"I dream of becoming as famous a pop star as my brother Nick is." says Aaron Carter, the cute singing baby bro of BS Boy Nick. And he's already catching up. Hi first single "Crush On You", made it into the Top 10 on the UK charts, and then there's more tunes, like "Crazy Little Party Girl", "I'm Gonna Miss You For Ever" and "Shake It" from his debut albumn, on the way. It's no wonder girls scream at him everywhere!
But is he more popular than Nick? "Oh, I don't know about that," AC smiles. "Nick and I are real close-he's my best friend. We argue sometimes, of course, but we're brothers! The worst thing is that we row, I get annoyed and try to hit him, but he just laughs at me and I get more annoyed. It doesn't happen all the time though-mostly we just play together and he buys me toys and stuff." The brothers also like playing practical jokes on each other. "Once, I told Nick there was a present for him in his room, then locked him in there for an hour. He was mad!" the little bro says cheekily.

Despite this sibling annoyance, Aaron often gets to hang out with BSB. But Nick says that, although he and the rest of BSB enjoy having Aaron around, his loudness can get a little too much. "All the BSB love him," Nick explains. "But he's pretty hyper around them and they sometimes get annoyed 'cos he's always doing cartwheels everywhere. But he is only 10." It's this attitude which lets Nick, an old pro in the music industry, give Aaron advice. Like not getting nervous when performing in front of 60,000 people!

"He told me to pretend there's only two or three people in the audience, 'cos that makes it easier," AC explains.

But the talents of these two brothers don't stop at music. Aaron and Nick both want to make movies. In fact, AC wants them to do one together.

"I want to be in a movie where we have loads of fights with bad guys," he grins.

Aaron is the youngest of the Carter clan-born one minute after twin sister Angel, who he describes as "a soccer playing tom-boy". Then there's 11-year-old Leslie, and BJ, who is 16 ("he doesn't say much about what she's doing. She's got long brown hair.") And, of course, there's the big bro of the fam, Nick! You know all about him, don't you?
