My own pages on new wave bands are currently rather underdeveloped. The only two I have started so far are: my attempt at creating a decent page on The Cure
and my page on The Smiths, which is still undergoing major construction. Hopefully, you'll find them sufficient for the time being, until I have them both completely finished. Coming next will most likely be a page on Depeche Mode. I also may create a page about many different new wave bands with little mini-biographies and some pictures, but currently I haven't decided if I will or not.

After looking up new wave on Yahoo! I've decided that new wave bands are quite underrepresented on the web. There are not enough sites and definitely not enough good sites. So I'm going to try and make this one good enough to make up for that...

Some time soon, I will look up good new wave bands individually on a different search engine. For now, I hope you're content with the ones I have so far. I will work very hard to satisfy my fellow fans of new wave, and for those luckless ones of you that have never had the chance to hear lots of new wave, I highly recommend going to buy a new wave compilation like the Just Can't Get Enough new wave albums on Rhino records. They offer a wide variety of great new wave songs from the 80's and, at least at the Tower Records near me, are very cheap.
