“Nick, don’t you think that it is time for you to tell us what happened on your vacation,” Brian asked.
“How many times do I have to tell you that nothing happened?” Nick answered without looking up from the TV screen in front of his chair. Nick, Brian, and the rest of the Backstreet Boys were on their way to London. They were doing some charity event.
“Nothing? Please, how dumb do I look?” Nick was about to open his mouth when Brian added, “Don’t answer that. Anyways, you go on this trip of yours and when you came back you were depressed. You still are. All you have being doing for the last six months is sitting and whining. You never go out with us anymore or anything.”
“Yo, Kaos,” AJ said from the seat behind them. “B-rok’s right. What happened? It was a girl, wasn’t it?”
“No, it wasn’t a girl,” Nick snapped getting up and moving to the other side of the plane.
Brian and AJ looked at each other. “It was a girl,” they said in unison. At this point Kevin joined in the conversation, “Nick, we’re just looking out for you. If you are hurting, let us know, we can help.” Nick looked at his three friends. Howie was still sleeping.
“Do you guys really want to know what happened?”
“Yes!” AJ said.
“OK, here goes. It all happened the second day I that was at the island…
Knock…knock… “God, I hope the fans didn’t find me,” Nick sighed to himself. He looked through the peephole and he saw a girl on the other side. “She’s by herself. She seems pretty harmless.”
“AJ, I’m trying to tell you. Don’t interrupt me,” Nick smiled.
“Sorry.”
“Anyways, where was I? Oh, yeah. I opened the door…
“Yeah, yeah, of course,” Nick stuttered. She is gorgeous , he thought to himself.
“What was she wearing?” Howie asked.
“Ahh!” Nick yelled. “Since when are you awake?”
“Since you opened the door,” Howie smiled. “So, what was she wearing?”
“Look, if one more person interrupts me, I’m not telling you guys,” Nick threaten. Brian reached over the chair and hit Howie across the back of his head.
“What was that for?”
“For talking. Go ahead Frack,” Brian grinned.
“Thank you, Frick. OK, one more time…”
