"Is the coast clear?" Brian whispered behind Amanda.
Amanda looked up one side of the hallway and down the other, "yah it’s clear. How come I get sacrificed to check the hall?"
Brian pulled her back into the room, "because I’m to cute to die."
Amanda rolled her eyes, "you aren’t that cute."
"Hah, I’m the favorite Backstreet Boy."
Amanda wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him softly, "nope, that’s Nick." Brian let out a girlie shriek and Amanda grabbed her purse and ran out of the room.
"Girl you better run," Brian shouted after her as he grabbed the key card and slammed the door shut after him.
"Are they gone?" Nick whisper. Sahar nodded and tried the door adjoining the two rooms, it opened immediately. Nick laughed and Sahar giggled, "let’s go, I’ll get their clothes, you short sheet the beds. "
Nick nodded, "wait should I do both? I suspect they share a bed."
Sahar looked at him funny, "I don’t think Amanda and Brian would rush into anything."
Nick shook his head, "no, like we do, sleep next to each other, not with each other."
Sahar thought for a minute, "you’re right, member the first night I came in and found them asleep in the same bed.?"
Nick nodded, "I’ll do both just to be safe." Sahar nodded her agreement and moved towards the suitcases. "Gee, what a shame all their clothes will be missing," Sahar cracked as Nick finished the beds. "Let’s go before they come back," he said grabbing a pile of clothes and taking them into their room. After hiding the clothes Nick and Sahar grabbed their things and left to spend the day together.
"Brian it’s beautiful," Amanda exclaimed as Brian fastened the coral necklace around her neck.
Brian pressed a gentle kiss to the back of her neck, "it’s only as beautiful as the one who wears it."
Amanda dropped the hair she had swept back and turned in Brian’s arms. "Brian, can I tell you something?" Brian kissed the end of her nose and nodded,
"anything."
"I think I’m falling for you. I don’t know if it’s love, but whatever it is I’m falling hard and fast," her last words were almost a whisper and her cheeks were flushed.
Brian placed one finger under her chin and forced her to look at him." Amanda the first time I met you, you were 15 I was 18 and I couldn’t believe it. I remember asking Nick if you were his older sister or his baby-sitter. He was so insulted by that comment." Amanda giggled and smiled up at him. "I remember how breath taking you looked and how sad. You wouldn’t talk to any of us, you and Sahar just trailed behind Nick every step he took. When it was time to go, you were all three crying. Sahar was bawling, but you, you just sat there your bottom lip quivering, a few tears falling down your cheeks. I felt so horrible, but you wiped them away, determined to stay strong for the other two. I always admired that and no matter how much you tried to hate me for taking Nick, I knew deep down we were meant to be. I fell for you long ago Amanda, I’ve just been waiting for you to do the same." Tears were now falling down her face as she pressed an adoring kiss to Brian’s lips. Brian held her against him and kissed her back, on the crowded street oblivious to on-lookers.
