Céline's New French Album
S'il suffisait d'aimer' is Céline's 4th french-language studio album. The project reunites Celine with Jean Jacques Goldman, who last worked together on the very successful album 'D'eux'(also known as 'The French Album') which sold just under 6 million units worldwide. "S’il suffisait d’aimer" was written by Jean Jacques Goldman with Erick Benzi (who contributed two songs to the album)and will be in stores August 25, 1998. Won't be released in Canada until September 15. The first single will be "Zora Sourit." The songs are; Je Crois Toi, Zora Sourit, On Ne Change Pas, Je Chanterai, Terre, En Attendant Ses Pas, Papillon, L’Abandon,
Dans Un Autre Monde, Sur Le Meme Bateau, Tous Les Blues Sont Écrits Pour Toi and S’il Suffisait De S’Aimer.
VH1 Viewers Vote Awards
Céline now holds the title of "Diva of the Year" and "Best Female Artist" in the VH1 Viewers Vote Awards as of June 26, 1998. (Congratualtions Céline you deserve it)
Let's Talk About Love Album
Let's Talk About Love has worldwide sales of 22,633,100 as of June 25, 1998. Canada being the highest sales of 15X Platinum. (Totally Amazing)
Céline's Third Single
Céline has released her third single from "Let's Talk About Love." The new radio hit is "Immortality", and "To Love You More" in the US. Release date is May 19 so don't forget to pick up a copy.
The Essence Awards
Céline will be performing "Treat Her Like A Lady" with Diana King at the Essence Awards which airs, on Thursday, May 21, 1998.
Céline On Rosie
Céline will be a guest on The Rosie O'Donnell Show on Tuesday, May 12.
