Nick and Aaron Carter: Are Their Sisters Stoked for Their Success?
BOP: What do the girls think about Nick and Aaron's careers?
Jane: They are really supporitve. They are really happy for[them]. And, you know, they are kind of doing their own things.
BOP: That's cool. But it must be a total bummer for them to watch their sibs get to have all the fun traveling around the world.
Jane: No, I just had [the boys'] two sisters Bobbie and Angel on Aaron's tour with us in Germany. They were there practically the whole time and it was really fun on the tour bus together!
BOP: Does it look like any of your daughters will follow in Nick and Aaron's footsteps?
Jane: Angel is taking piano right now. She really likes that. And I don't know, she [might] want to get into modeling or something-she's really cute. And Leslie is taking guitar right now. I might take her on tour and let her get into the music side of things if she is interested.
BOP: Wow, what if they want to get into the biz, too?\
Jane: I encourage all my kids to pursue whatever their dreams are. It's up to them. I'll point them in the right direction and help them however I can.
BOP: Since Nick and Aaron are the only ones with big-time show biz careers right now, do your daughters ever feel left out?
Jane: Oh, well, of course they do, you know. That's normal under the circumstances that we are living under. But we deal with it. I'm very sympathetic to that.
BOP: Do the girls ever get you all to themselves?
Jane: Yeah. When I brought the girls out on tour, we really got to go do some shopping! And in Germany, we just spent a lot of quality time together.
BOP: Right on! Thank you, Jane.
