These lines (taken from "What's The Story", scheduled to be on the upcoming album, Flesh and Bone) are just a few of the lines that have proven to the world exactly what kind of songwriter Richard Marx is. He's a sensitive, innovative, and creative man, but he is never afraid to say what he thinks. While other singers and songwriters are running to catch up to this short-lived trend or that, Richard sticks to his own trends as he sits and watches the ratrace from outside the cage. It is this quality and the fact that Richard actually cares about his music and his fans that has kept him shining bright among the dim and falling stars. This page is dedicated to the wonderful decade the world has spent listening to Richard Marx's music, with a hope and wish for many decades to come.
