Welcome to the Vale of Aldur



If you have read any of David Eddings books in the Belgariad or the Malloreon series or Belgarath the Sorcerer... you know that Belgarath's tower is located in the Vale of Aldur.
Please excuse the mess...The place hasn't been cleaned for a couple hundred years or so!!! Oh ... I almost forgot ... watch your step!!! One of the steps is loose!!! Been that way for several hundred years!! Hmmmmmmmm..must fix that one of these days!!!


Belgarath's tower!!!





Belgarath's power comes from the practiced art of the Will and the Word It is an art that he has practiced for over 7000 years!!!!

One of his many abilities is changing his physical form.. .He can change into anything that he can picture in his mind!!! The form he chooses most is that of a silver wolf!!!The main reason for this form is that it is the one his wife, Poledra, was when they met!!!! And also you kinda get used to one form...the wolf is most definately the best!!


There are other residents of the Vale as well and they maintain their own towers! There is Beltira and Belkira (the twins) and Beldin also used to be in the Vale but he has now gone off with Vella and we don't know what's become of him., Polgara and Durnik live in a cabin at the other end of the Vale. All the residents of the Vale are sorcerers/sorceress' and disciples of the God Aldur!!

I just added my own Garth Brooks page ...There are pics from a concert I went to....It may take a couple of minutes to get them all downloaded but they are worth it!!!
