Browser notes
The application works well if you have 800x600 resolution or above.
The application works well with Netscape Navigator 3 (C).
With Microsoft Internet Explorer 3 (C) and Netscape Navigator 2 (C), you will
see frame borders also where they shouldn't be.
The Back in History buttons sometimes work and sometimes don't.
With a no-frames, no-JavaScript capable browser, you can access only the Bands Database (and not the Bands Home Pages).
