Music has been an amazing healer for me. So, I sort of stole an idea from the Welcome To Barbados site called the "song of the moment". I find a song I identify with, and I wear the CD out listening to it. And then I find a new one and do the same thing. So, I will add new lyrics whenever I get into a new song. It may not always have anything to do with sexual assault, but oh well. If you have a song suggestion, email it to me.
