I feel your presence
Even when you are not there
A Haunting reminder
Of the silent terror
I see the flashes of dark eyes
Those frenzied eyes
Reflections of your chaotic soul
I run down the spiral stairs
Till I fall and hit bottom
Panic-stricken. entrapped
I see those black shoes
I hear the women before me
Cry out in Sadness
Another caught in the web,
I awake with a scream
Salty tears streak my face
I hear "it was a dream…
Just a dream…"
But it is real to me,
You are so very real to me.
