KILLARMY

The Killarmy consists of six members:
Killa Sin
Dom Pachino (aka Puerto Rican Terrorist)
9th Prince (aka Madman (aka North Star (aka Saddam)))
Baretta 9 (aka Born)
Islord (aka The Thief Of Bagdad)
Shogun Assassin

These MCs flippin' rhymes on the front lines are the militant wing of the Wu-Tang Clan. Takin' urban warfare from the streets to over a beat without missing a step, the NY/ Ohio crew are out to declare warfare against the weak, wack and materialistic MCs that populate todays rap game.

Killarmy started out in 95 by releasing "Wake Up / Seems It Never Fails" as a single under VERY limited quantity under the name Population Click. (Population Click was the first Wu-Fam group and consisted of Killarmy, Sunz Of Man, Shabazz the Disciple and more). Thanks to NY mixtapes, though, Killarmy's cuts became instant underground hits. They also were on the b-side of Sunz of Man's 95 single "Five Arch Angels / Soldiers Of Darkness" (which is thought to have been recorded intented to be a Pop. Click single too.) Also in 95, Islord was an assistant engineer on Raekwon's solo album, but soon after that he was put on lock-down.

During the end of 95-early 96, the NY members of Killarmy (Killa Sin, Dom Pachino, 9th Prince, Islord) met up with Baretta 9 and Shogun Assassin from Stuebenville, Ohio (4th Disciple's home town). They also met up with their manager, General Wise. As the group solidified, they released "Camoflage Ninjas / Wake Up" as their first official single as Killarmy. Killa Sin and 9th Prince (then called Madman) also showed up on Shyheim's second album The Lost Generation, on the track "Young Godz".

In 97, the single "Wu-Renegades / Clash Of The Titans" was released to prepare heads for the onslaught of "Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars". On this album, the first Wu-Fam group to drop, Killarmy showed the world that they were more than just an offshoot of the Wu. They bombed CD players and tape decks with their military style and sound clips. 4th Disiple gave an excellent sonic backdrop for the 17 military stikes that the album delivers and solidified his place as a top producer, and not just RZA's student.

After their impressive debut, tragedy struck late in 97 when Killarmy's manager, General Wise, was gunned down in Stuebenville. The group held strong and started making mad guest-appearances in 97-98. The group was on "And Justice For All" off "The Swarm", 9th Prince showed up on the Gravediggaz track "What's Going On" and Baretta 9 drops an uncredited verse on Sunz of Man's track "I Can See You". But Killa Sin became the king of guest spots when he showed up on the title track on the soundtrack "Soul In The Hole", "Da Worst" with Onyx and Wu, Real Live's track with Ghostface and Cappadonna, "Real Live Shit", Killah Priest's b-sides "Street Opera" and "Moanin'", and "American Cream Team" with the Wu and Harlem Hoods for Funkmaster Flex's mixtape.

In August 98, Killarmy dropped their second album "Dirty Weaponry". Islord returns (but he's in jail again now) to full out the roster on this outstanding album. 4th's production is exploding again and the MCs are aiming for your dome on this go-around, with Dom Pachino taking the command post. For some reason, the track "The Cookout" was left off the album, but it's on the single for "The Shootout". Also, Killa Sin has started modeling in ads for his brother Power's line of clothes; Wu-Wear. Members of Killarmy will also show up on albums from LA the Darkman, Inspectah Deck, and RZA in '98.
