Comments:
A very early U2 concert. It includes early non-album
tracks such as "Speed of Light", "The Magic Carpet",
"Trevor", "Pete the Chop", "Cartoon World", and "Jack in The Box". This
is a very good and energetic show.
It was after this show, U2 were offered a deal
with Island
Records.
Track 1 is "The Silver Lining", which is an early
version of "11 O'Clock Tick Tock" (with different lyrics).
Track 18 features The Police.
Track 19 features Bruce Springsteen.
All of the bonus tracks have a fuzz indicating
that the CD was probably recorded from a master whose levels were too high. |
