Southampton University - December 3rd

The gig last night was breathtaking, Danny's singing was absolutely amazing. All perfectly in tune, despite what I have heard from Noel Gallagher's comments. The sound was excellent, they were almost legendary. I may sound a little excessive in my praise, but I am still buzzing from the gig. Anyway, I will try and remember the setlist; they opened up with Blind, I remember that because of the blue mist that surrounded their silhouettes.

1. Blind
2. Last Gas
3. All You Good Good People
4. My Weakness Is None Of Your Business
5. Dry Kids
6. That's All Changed Forever
7. Retread
8. You've Got To Stop To Get It Better
9. One Big Family
10. Free Ride

Encore:
11. Higher Sights
12. I Want The World
13. Fireworks I may have made one or two errors in the order of the songs but I am pretty sure that I got all the song titles correct.

Richard wrote "I Want The World" and it is another classic, it was a rocky masterpiece. Great guitar riffs. One Big Family was the best song by far, they played it brilliantly. I have heard that they are touring again in Jan/Feb, at about the time of the release of Higher Sights. I will see them at Southampton Guildhall which they are apparently playing.
