Snake Plissken returns to do dirty work for the New Moral America. A giant earthquake seperates Los Angeles from the mainland and is now a deportation center for people deemed unworthy or unfir to live in the New Moral America. The president's daughter got a hold of a mighty weapon that can shut down the electricity worldwide and landed on L.A. Island to meet with her boyfriend Cuervo Jones. The President wants Snake Plissken to go into L.A. and get the 'black box' back from Cuervo Jones, and he will receive a full pardon for every immoral act against him.

Snake is sent, but as in New York, theres a time limit. He's been stuck with the Plutoxin-7 virus, and he's got less than 9 hours to get the black box, or he'll bleed out like a stuck pig.. it's not a pretty sight. Steve Buscemi co-stars as Map to the Stars Eddie, a double-crossing entertainment agent who works for Cuervo Jones, and Bruce Campbell makes a small appearance as the Surgeon General of Beverly Hills.

Escape from L.A. is a very good movie and a very very well-done sequel. Even though the plot is similar to its predecessor, Escape from New York, it's still fun to watch. A very awesome movie.
