On April 4th 1997 The Allstonians played in Rochester New York (my home town) at R.I.T. in the RITZ cafe. One good thing about the show was it was only a dollar, but I got in free cause when I got there there was no one at the door so i got in free. cool! This great group played two sets, their first was about 50mins. & the second was about 55mins. I would have to say it was a kick ass show, I mean they played alot of songs off the new album, but they also play some off the first one too. One really neat thing was these three songs they played "B-train to Allston", "Mood for Ska", I'm not sure if this the right title but i'm calling it "Love & Affection". Now your woundering what is damn cool about these songs, well the one song "Mood for Ska" is great dance song, & the other two "Love & Affection", & "B-train to Allston" are just really cool. So all in all I would have to say if you ever get the chance to see the Allstonians LIVE, Go you won't be disapointed.
