Other Projects
- The Jamesville Lounge Band
- I played bass and keyboards for this locally infamous group with an ever fluctuating line-up. We performed live five times, but have broken up since. However, as founding member Jason Randall says, "The JVLB will never die." So, there may be a reunion to release a tape or play out again, but certainly no time soon. [JVLB Update:] We played what almost definitely was our final show in... March I think. It went out with a bang (specifically an exploding 30lb bag of confetti), and even featured yours truly in a kempo mask screaming death metal vocals. What fun! ;) We'll see what the future holds for JVLB... [update] We regrouped to play two songs at the 1TB/MindKill Halloween Fiesta, yours truly on vox! Hoo boy!
- Deprivation Chamber
- Syntax and Deprivation Chamber have sort of melted together, since both are just Jason Randall and myself, but playing different styles of electronic music. Now Deprivation Chamber functions as the live-show side of Axiom Radar. We're going to try to rework some Axiom Radar to play live at shows, as well as create new material. Since we've just gotten a sequencer, we won't be ready for a while, but we're working as fast as we can. I want to play a show soon! :)
That's it so far.
