... Some girls just like Rock. Rumor has it that Bob Rock is the frontrunner to produce former Veruca Salt co-leader Nina Gordon's solo debut. The producer -- best known for his work with Motley Crue and Metallica -- produced Veruca Salt's last album, 1997's Eight Arms to Hold You. Of course, Gordon might just be looking for an excuse to go back to Hawaii, the location of Rock's studio...

UPDATE: According to Heath Stahl (the master of all things Letters To Cleo:-),Nina WILL be recording her album in Hawaii.

What I want to know is, why would Nina go back there? Since Veruca Salt recorded "Eight Arms To Hold You", wouldn't it give Nina memories of her and Louise, being best friends, having a really cool time? Just to craaaaaazzzzy for me:-)
