Veruca Salt warmed up their Philidelphia gig with --what else?--an unplugged pizza party! Sixty-five kids, the lucky winners of a local radio contest, piled into South Philly's Indre Studios to chow down and hear breezy versions of "Straight" and "Shutterbug," as well as the grunge ditty "Seether."
"We get such positive reinforcement every time we do unplugged," says Louise Post. "Yeah, but we have to rock," chimes in Nina Gordon. "We can't help it."
