This
is the second page to have a screenshot. You can click on the
screenshot to go to the page. I really like this page because it
has a few banners at the top, and couple of nice graphics. But it
still remains simple. It only has the Top 25 Nirvana sites once.
The albums, although they are not organized and are in thumbnail (which is okay), has a lot more to offer once you get in them. Let's say you click on Bleach. You get the album information, the songs, and their meanings. You can also click on a link for each song go to that particular lyrics page. If you are interested in trading bootlegs, you can trade with him. However, he does not have the biggest selection in the world, but he does give some references to other ones.
In the Information section, you will see a picture that says, "Misc. Files." However there are some interesting things here: you can read about Weird Al's relationship with the band, the song clip he made, and some other interesting information like on the book, Who Killed Kurt Cobain?
The links section is in banner form. For a page, he gives out the name of the webmaster, and what the page has. Not too much of a variety, however.
The sounds clip section is pretty original and excellent in some ways. For example, it offers a lot from Rome, Italy 2/22/94 show, and a couple of singles and others as well. You can also have the chance to win his award in addition to seeing the awards he has won.
These days many pages are making a webring section. Why? For one reason, webrings bring in some hits, secondly, if they put it on the front page it would take too much time for the visitors to download, thus having the visitor leaving and probably never coming back. You will find that at this page, in a section called Webrings.
Conclusion
By far one of the most original pages I have visited in a while. It has some great content in the Information section, some I have never seen before. I sure hope it keeps building on that. The graphics are good if not great, it still has some things to work on but that is if you are picky. You should definilty give this page your time.
