Page : [Richard's Nirvana Page]

Introduction
Many of today's Nirvana sites are only made by people who would like to show their appreciation for Nirvana. Other people make Nirvana sites because they would like to see other people "find" Nirvana and possibly become fans. We will see which of these Richard is by the end of this review.
Connectivity Test
Internet Explorer downloaded
the page in about 45-55 seconds, while Netscape Navigator 35-45
seconds.
Reason:
The main reason why the page took so long to download was
because my connection is slow, and I was receiving a file (although I forced it's speed as low as possible).
Interface
This page has a fairly simple layout, with everything centered on the screen. The page starts with the counter and it declares itself "A Anti-Hole Site".
Then comes the main logo, which looks pretty good. Below the logo, is the links to the site's content and finally a banner rotation.
Q:
What can I do better?
A: Well, I personally don't find anything wrong with the design. It is simple, and easy to use. You could try maybe spicing it up with a few small, nice looking graphics.
Page Content
There isn't a whole lot of content here, but this site has what most fans are looking for.
-
Multimedia -
This site's multimedia section currently is just MIDI files (26 of them to be exact). I would recommend that you add some other form of multimedia, real audio clips for example.
-
Pictures -
There are 43 images in the Pics section. Most of them you have probably seen before, but some are good, quality, hard-to-find images. The pictures page takes a long time to load up, so you should consider splitting the thumbnails into two separate pages, so download times are decreased.
-
Lyrics - [Bleach,
Nevermind, Incesticide, In Utero] - The lyrics all appear to work, no problems from what I've seen.
-
Suicide Note -
Well, its the suicide note.

Conclusion
Well, I have to be honest here. Richard has shown his appreciation of the band by making this site. However, he has also made an effort to show others the world of Nirvana. I like this site, I think Richard has a lot of work to do, but its all worth it. You have a really good start Richard, and I hope you keep up the good work.
