You will notice how there is a horizontal frame about one-third of the way down. The above frame contains the 'main page.' The lower frame contains the content. Not the best style for this page at least. Some of the links fun off to the below section, and some grammer needs work.
If we are considering you
are still looking at the main page, you will find a distorted picture of Kurt, below that
picture is a black lady...interesting. The next section on the main page is a link
to 'About Me.' Some pages have this and some pages do not. Last, but not
least, you will find a guest book, and a banner that turns out to me an e-mail link.
You'll find some interesting pictures in the pictures section. However if your an avid picture surfer, you might have seen these before. But it's like looking through a family photo album. You've seen them many times before, but it's always nice to look at them again. ;)
The sounds section is okay, that is, if you are looking for links on other people's pages. No worries, you will find WAV., MP3, Real Audio, AOL only, and MIDI files here. Not a bad selection nonetheless. The links section is an okay section (are the copied?). In my opinion, I do not think the links are the most important thing on this page. You can also access (through the 'Comments' section) comments from visitors from the page. All you have to do is e-mail him.
If am correct, the 'Link Me...please' are for people with America Online only, if not, there is a problem. Otherwise that is okay (if that is the case, it should have a notice by it). You will find a comprehensive, if not neat, discography, of all the albums. The Timeline is really a focus on Kurt, but if you want some information on his life, then it isn't a problem.
Also, if you are interested in how 'Kurt Cobain died' then there is a section where you can not only hear the webmaster's opinion, but others as well. In addition, you will find a lot of movie files in Quicktime format on this page. You will also see in the 'Lyrics' section a complete listing of lyrics: albums and b-sides.
As for the tabs, you will find most of the guitar tabs and, ironically enough, most of the bass tabs as well. There is also a fan club from a friend of the webmaster: 'Evan's Fan Club.' It doesn't have a lot of information on the club however. You can also play a 'Fill-in-the-blank' game, courtesy of Downer. You will also find a section, 'Fun with Nirvana.' The Great Shin (to Kurt) section has a couple of pictures that are already in the picture section.
You will get a complete listing of tour dates in the 'Tour Dates 87-94' section. You can also download some Win 95/98 icons for your desktop. There are liner notes for: Nevermind, Incesticide. But not Hoarmoaning and From The Muddy Banks of The Wishkah.
If you are looking for an (easy) award for your page, don't look any further. You will also find Dave's Top 10 Drummer jokes. I've noticed the Tour Dates and the About Me section are repeated twice.
Conclusion
A good page this is under development. You can eat the pudding if you haven't put the eggs and flower in it, and then you bake it. The point is, this page is okay. I would hope that it touches up the graphics and grammar a little bit. I also had problem with the frame, I could not change the size on it. I would suggest putting it vertically, on the left side.
In addition, this page needs to add on the content it has already. Which is great. If it touches up on a few things, and continues to add it's strengths (tabs, information), then it would be a good page.
