Althea's Carnival of Souls and Whitby Photos

(These only go through Friday at Whitby... my other roll of film isn't finished yet!)

Our group at our London flat in Knightsbridge (a very boring neighborhood).
L-R: Jeremy, Lisa (top), Jason, Claudine, Andrew. (I'm not there cause I took the picture!)

Claudine in one of the examples of her world-famous Nephilim T-Shirt Collection!

At the Devonshire Arms, Camden Town: Jason drinks up quietly, Lisa doesn't think much of her drink, Vanessa & Dave say "What IS that floating in my pint?"

Lisa: "Whee!" Vanessa: "Cheers!" Andrew: "I've had enough of these alcoholics!"

Openers at the Carnival of Souls, Derby: Diary of Dreams.
Really a rather disappointing show... not as good as their recorded material, definitely not as good as Garden of Delight. The crowd was... underwhelmed.

Next up was Faithful Dawn. Didn't get any photos cause I was shopping and socializing!
Pictured here: Malaise. Excellent show from this Swedish band. Gothic rock meets dark metal... better than their album, 52 Ways, which is also great!

If goth bands didn't use so much smoke, there would be better pictures of them.
Still, one can discern Matt's new Britpop haircut.

And here's Mark. Rumor has it that since the demise of Suspiria, he'll be doing something with the guys from Garden of Delight.

Garden of Delight's last show. Raw, powerful, and LOUD! Artaud has an amazing stage presence, both serious and fun. Be on the lookout for whatever he does next!

Back in London... time to relax in the park!

My very lovely Jason!
And then we went to Whitby....

Myself and Jason at Whitby Abbey

"Is anyone looking?"

"No? Good!"

"Behold! I survey my kingdom!"

Whitby, Friday night.
Psycho TV weren't worth taking a picture of.
Here's Manuskript - Lots of fun!

Roo of the Horatii watching Manuskript.

Inkubus Sukkubus - a great show!

The Horatii - oooh!

Me, outside the Whitby Museum.

That's it for now!
