Syncopated rhythms on the high-hat, delicate interplay between snare, ride, and high-hat, musical toms...sound familiar? Carter Beauford has been in the drum community for quite a while now, but since joining the Dave Matthew's Band, he has generated a lot of buzz in the drumming community. A lot of drummers and Dave Matthew's fans don't realize how much experience he holds under his belt nor do they realize how much he contributes to the group. Making
Music features two of the most creative musicians in contemporary music.
Victor and Carter have known each other since they were kids, growing
up in Charlottseville VA, but the "Yin Yang" album was the first project
that they had ever done together. Hudson Music filmed these two incredible
musicians for two days while they recorded two tracks for "Yin Yang"
(Compass Records). Making Music will give you an inside look as two
great songs, "Zynergy" and "Resolution" are introduced, developed and
