National Arts Centre, Ottawa
30 October 1999

Set in the "dressy" atmosphere of the National Arts Centre in Ottawa,
this concert turned out to be one of the funniest.
It took place the day before Halloween,
and Roch and his musicians had decided to rise to the occasion -
they surprised us with funny costumes for the first part of the show.
Roch himself dressed up as a clown, with a blue wig, red nose, biiiiig shoes and funny clothes.
When he came on stage, almost nobody recognized him until he started singing!
This musicians appeared as Elton John (Marc Beaulieu),
the Angel of Death (Dorian Sherwood), an angel (Lina Boudreau),
Kermit the Frog (Réjean Lachance), King Kong (Benoit Clément),
the Phantom of the Opera (Christian Péloquin) and Captain Blackbeard (Bruce Dixon).
We even got to see Kimberly, dressed up as a teddy bear, and Sky, also wearing a costume...
To some people's surprise, the show was exactly the same as in the French-speaking places,
except for Roch's English introduction to "Deliver me".
