Having Web TV is great at what is was designed to do (to give internet access). There are several things to consider when building pages. If done in a certain way we can also create web pages that are professional in apperance. Thanks to Anthonys Transloader we can download files and pictures to use on our websites. We can upload pictures with camcorders from our mail page. We can manipulate pictures to make special effects like morphing (making animated gifs) and a ton of other things, thanks to Net4TV Image Magick. When a computer user views a Web TV site it looks different to them than to us. Also several versions of computers look different there are some things we can't see that they can and some things we can see that they can't. Our pages can sometimes look improperly formated to them ,IE; a banner at the top our page could appear to be at the bottom of the page when they view it. I know, because this happened to me (THE HORROR!) Knowing this, all net users should make sure their websites look as good as possible to as many users as possible, especially if your'e selling something. There is a terrific site that uses a cgi script that can show you what you website looks like with different terminals ie; 4.0 Transtional, 4.0 strict, 3.2, WebTV classic etc;. It is called a Web Page Purifier I think everyone should use it. It is absolutely amazing to see the differences, and good because you can change your website accordingly.
