Though The Moffatts seem like a hot new band to some folks,they've actually been on the scene for quite some time.Before they started making the kind of pop-rock grooves they're now becoming famous for,this Canadian quartet had quite a following in the country music world.In 1993,triplets Bob,Dave and Clint and their older-by-a-year brother Scott were the youngest group to sign a major label recording contract when they hooked up with Mercury Records(they're now on Capitol.)They released their debut album,"It's a Wonderful World",in 1993 and followed it up in 1995 with "The Moffatts" in between,they did plenty of touring and started establishing a dedicated core of fans in Asia and Europe.Now,at the ages 15(that's the triplets)and 16(that's Scott),The Moffatt bros are bringing their talents to the pop universe!Not only do these guys sing amazingly well(talk about perfect harmonies),they also write many of their own songs and play their own instruments,too:Bob is the drummer,Dave plays keyboards/percussion,Clint is he bassist and Scott is the lead guitarist.Recently,the guys even made an appearance on the European single to benefit needy kids,"Let The Music Heal Your Soul"along with 'N Sync,the Backstreet Boys,and Aaron Carter,to get the scoop on Clint,Bob,Dave and Scott,check out TM's guide to The Moffatts!
